​​Government – working to restructure communications in Whitehall
A central Government department in Whitehall set us the challenge to bring their different communications teams together to improve co-ordination and performance in a £1bn project. We worked with the four separate teams to establish common ground and where the barriers existed. Over the next six months, we remodeled the communications and put in place the foundations to deliver the next phase of Government activity.
​Charity – recognising the uniqueness of the brand
A well-known, high profile charity approached us to enhance their brand and stakeholder awareness. We worked with the senior team to establish their market offer and uniqueness, assessing their profile with competitors. We developed their core messaging, profile and stakeholder engagement campaign to reassert their brand as thought leaders in young people’s development.
​FMCG – strengthening internal and external reputation
Working with a major fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) brand, we progressed their initial work towards improving their products to meet consumer trends and stakeholder demands. This resulted in landmark changes to the product portfolio and a much-improved reputation. To support those changes, we helped establish a formidable internal and external CSR programme to improve brand reputation and make a significant impact on communities in reducing littering in urban and rural environments.
Public Sector – Establishing a new national public body with Government and Parliament
We were brought onboard to launch a brand new groundbreaking Government agency, putting together a comprehensive public affairs programme targeting charity, Government and Parliament. The year-long campaign resulted in support from all sides of the political divide, strong relations with Government and vastly reduced opposition from challenging stakeholders.
​Education – refocusing in-house resources to build a stronger brand
Higher education providers are facing unique challenges in the coming years.  We worked with a provider to develop their strengths, refocusing their communication channels and narrative. This included rebranding assessments of new facilities and services as the provider looked to break new ground in a number of key areas.
